Technical writing and translation

Technical writing is an art in its own right. The technical author uses no embellishments, but makes his meaning crystal clear! For each audience - end users, management, technicians - and for each type of document - manuals, directions, white papers, fact sheets - you need a different style and a different angle of approach. With our experience, we know this and we practice it.

Not only are our authors proficient technical writers, they all have a marketing communications background. They know how important style and readability are for your documents. In the past, we actually created a house style for one of our customer's projects!
We will give you this tip for free: don't add the documentation to a project aftwerwards, but incorporate a tech writer as early as possible! This will save you a lot of headaches (and money).

Translation Services

We both do original documents and translations: from English, French or German into Dutch. We translate a one-sheet introductory text with the same attention to detail as a 1000-page book -- and we have done both in the past. If you need a translation to or from any other language, we can help you find the right translator.

Localising

We have a long experience with localising software for the Dutch market. We have worked, and we still work, with the largest localising house in Europe.

Documentation project management

We offer a service that is unique in the Netherlands: we can execute the project management for any documentation project you have. From our vast experience we can guarantee fixed date, fixed price contracts for projects involving both our own and third party technical writers.
